Q: How do I make a referral?
A: Just send us an email. Be sure to include all of your information as well as the business name, location and key contact information of the decision maker who will be expecting to hear from us.

Q: What is the reward for a successful lead?
A: If a lead becomes a Reynwood Business customer, the lead referrer will receive a one-time payment equal to 50% of the value of the monthly recurring charges (MRC) paid after service installation and first-month's bill is paid.  Rewards may vary by service and length of customer commitment.

Q: Can I submit referrals for the Reynwood Rewards program and also sign up for another referral or agent program at Reynwood?
A: No. If you are currently enrolled as an agent or partner you are not eligible to submit referrals for the Reynwood Rewards program. If you have questions concerning your status in another Reynwood program, please send an e-mail message to service@reynwood.com.

Q: Does the lead have to be for a potential new Reynwood customer?
A: Yes, the lead must be for a potential new customer to Reynwood. The lead would be considered a duplicate if the customer is already a Reynwood customer or is already in the Reynwood sales process.

Q: Am I limited to referring leads for specific products?
A: No. You can refer leads for any products that Reynwood currently offers.

Q: Are reward payments considered taxable income?
A: Rewards that are in the form of credits on your Reynwood bill are not considered to be taxable income. Rewards paid out to a company or individual are considered taxable income. Consult your tax advisor for specific guidance.

Q: When can I expect my credit once the referred account is installed?
A: The sales process, installation of all services, and first invoicing can take from 45 to 90 days depending on many factors. You will receive your check or credit after customer pays their the first full monthly bill.
