Richard Kelly
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Richard is a seasoned private investor and
entrepreneur. In the past 15 years, he has founded and
co-founded numerous successful ventures including Wofex, the
World Financial Exchange, (successfully raised over $15 million
in venture money in 2000-2001) and Maestro Technologies (1991),
the first Internet access provider for consumers in New York
City.
Prior to founding Reynwood, Mr. Kelly
founded and built Wofex, Inc., a next-generation securities
marketplace (that was destroyed in the terrorist attack on the
World Trade Center on 9/11/01). He has served as a Director at
Andersen Consulting, functioning as their thought leader on
electronic trading and automated securities exchanges. He has
served as a member of Instinet's Strategic Planning Group and
began his financial career at Lehman Brothers. Other experience
includes project management at AT&T, consulting for the U.S.
Secret Service and developing accounting systems for Fortune 500
companies. Mr. Kelly holds an MBA in Finance/International
Business from New York University's Stern School of Business,
and a BS in Computer Science from Monmouth University.
